Just the facts

Here are the mile by mile split times, for those of you who care about these things. Basically, I ran 9:00+ for the first half, and 10:00+ for the second half. Which is about what I thought I'd do, factoring in excitement, fatigue, hills, lack of training. I thought that I would be deliriously happy with a 4:15, and that reality might be 4:30..... so, I'm HAPPY.

due to weather, crowds, unknown start area, and general cluelessness, I didn't have too much time in the starting corral to get nervous. CUZ I got there with about a minute to spare, and re-tie my shoe 6 times.

8:28 was the time it took to get to start line from my spot in corral 18 after the gun went off
