We got our first lake swim in this evening. Hold all applause.
We met Coach Lesley at the G.Lake beach. The water is fine.. just like Darcy and Lesley and Tai and Rock all said. ok, ok
I also did a "easy" 5 miles with Lesley this morning. and I use the term easy loosely. for her, maybe.
