Running Crazy

Yes, that's the name of this blog because I should be talking about all the running I do. Well, it's been a while but today I ran around the lake. 3.1 miles. Yahoo !! Will try it again tomorrow.

Also rode the bike for 55 minutes. Gotta do something for exercise. Watched the Notre Damers come from behind to almost win. And then got in a half of the Gonzaga game. Adam Morrison was HOT !!! Watching the games makes the ride kind of fun.

On the political scene, one of Gina's rower mates, Sally Clark, was chosen to fill a vacancy on the Seattle City Council.

And I just heard that Portland had a bit of a shake today.

Yes, we did have a little earthquake this evening. G and I were both sitting in the living room - looked at each other and said "was that a quake or is there something very wrong with our house?"! It's a weird feeling, but, thankfully, this was a minimal one. The epicenter was just a handful of blocks from here, actually. But, it was also 10 miles deep. So, would probably have been more of a problem if it had been closer to the surface.
I just read an article about that Gonzaga player in the USA Today while I was in Anaheim and wondered if I would get a chance to watch him on TV sometime.
And, so now you will be hobnobbing with the movers and shakers in the political scene! Good show.

Thank goodness it wasn't something wrong with the house!! I was just going through our house looking at all the little cracks from our little shakes. We have the USGS earthquake center saved on our favorites in the computer so we can monitor how scared we should be!! From sunny So-Cal, T
