Marion's innocent (this time). The Thousand Oaks H.S. alumni club breathes a sigh of relief. Golden girl is still golden. right. Poor Floyd, if he had just used EPO and not testosterone, he might have had a clean "B" sample, too.
The ecstatic Marion Jones will now sue the pants off the USADA, draining them of any funding to do further testing. And athletes across America rejoice and re-juice in their training.
And while I rant about sports, is there anyone out there that can watch Sharapova without using the mute button? Very annoying. As is the custom for the women in tennis to dress as if going to a prom or cocktail soiree. Exceptions are Amelie, Martina, and Davenport. So, you know who we root for.

I haven't read the latest about Marion's test results, but I remember her strong protestations in the past in which she said, "I have never had a positive test result." I'm sure she was coached to say it that way because that's not saying that she never took anything illegal, it's only saying she never got caught with a positive test result.
Aren't you glad you don't have to think how to carefully craft your sentences? You were even honest about all those pastries! But who could blame you. My mouth was watering just looking at the pictures.

I actually believe her, but then, I AM from Thousand Oaks! I just can't believe that someone could lie so convincingly.
Speaking of Thousand Oaks, I was looking at Google maps and it looks like Kris' new apt. is not terribly far from Thousand Oaks. Of course, I don't know anything about SoCal, so that could be way off. He's in North Hollywood as of a week ago. When we go to visit him, we'd love to try to take in a side trip to T.O.
