Swim Time = 1hr. 39 min. (4100 yards)
Bike Time = 3hr. 2 min. (45 miles)
Run Time = 3hr. 25 min. (22 miles)
Gina did produce the most beautiful spreadsheet for me to keep daily, weekly, accumalative totals of all my swimming, biking and running #'s . Unfortunately, for some reason I am not allowed to copy & paste it into this blog page. So, then she fixed up a little baby spreadsheet that does the trick.
